HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO CREATE A VIDEO FOR MY WEBSITE OR EVENT?
It depends on the nature and scope of the work. Are we creating a 10-minute tribute video with voiceover and music? A 4-minute company overview or a 2-minute Frequently Asked Question? Will the job include research about your business? Archival film clips or still photos? Image licensing fees? See Pricing Guidelines, below.
HOW DO YOU BILL for Video?
The Lincoln Studios bills half upon your approving the estimate and signing the project agreement prior to the shoot. We cannot begin a shoot without receipt of the payment at least one day in advance. We bill the balance when we upload your video to YouTube and link it to your website. Payments are due upon email receipt of invoices. You may pay by check to The Lincoln Studios, P.O. Box 36, Lincoln, VA 20160. How do you bill for Photography?
Sarah Huntington Photography bills half upon your approving the cost estimate and signing the photography agreement. Payment is due at least one day in advance of the photo session. The balance is billed upon your receipt of a disk that contains the approved, high-resolution images. Again, payment is due upon receipt. You may pay by check to Sarah Huntington Photography, P.O. Shoot: Minimum of 3 hours @ $150 per hour
Post production: Minimum 6 hours @ $150 per hour
Coaching (recommended): Minimum 1 hour @ $100
Still Photography
Headshots: $150
Portraits (in studio): Starting at $200
Location shoot: Starting at $300
